What to send with a technical query
The fastest way to get a useful answer is to tell us what the material or instrument has to do, not just what it is called.
- For a chemical: the test method or standard, the grade your method specifies, the pack size and roughly what you consume in a year.
- For an instrument: the standard you test to, the capacity or range you need, your power supply, and whether you require NABL-scope calibration or GMP qualification documentation.
- For labware: the accuracy class, the glass or polymer specification, and whether the item needs a conformity certificate.
If you send us a chemical register or a tender specification, we will read it and tell you where it is over-specified. That conversation usually saves more than the order is worth.
