Four documents on one page: the terms this website is published under, what happens to personal data you send us, how other companies’ brand names are used here, and what has been done to make the site work for everyone who needs it.
Terms of use
Applies to this website · Review before publication
This website is not an offer to sell
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Product listings are indicative. Availability, specification, pack configuration, price, lead time and terms are established only by a written quotation issued by Patel Chemhub Private Limited, and a contract arises only when you accept that quotation in writing and we confirm the order.
Product information
Specification data, hazard classifications, grades, pack sizes and test standard references published here are reproduced from manufacturers’ published documentation and from the issuing bodies of the standards cited. We take care to reproduce them accurately and to flag where a standard has been superseded or withdrawn.
Nevertheless, the authoritative documents for any consignment are the label, the Safety Data Sheet and the Certificate of Analysis supplied with it. Classification and specification can differ by grade, concentration, batch and manufacturer. Do not rely on this website in place of those documents when planning handling, storage, disposal or analytical work.
If you find an error here, tell us. We will correct it.
No technical or professional advice
The reference material on this site — grade explanations, standards index, pack size conventions, certification guidance — is provided to help you ask better questions of your suppliers, including us. It is general information, not technical, regulatory or legal advice for your specific situation, and it does not replace your own risk assessment, your method validation or your quality system.
Controlled and restricted products
Certain products cannot be supplied without evidence of entitlement and end use — narcotic and psychotropic substance precursors under the NDPS rules, undenatured ethanol under State Excise permits, hexavalent chromium compounds, hydrofluoric acid and others. Listings for these products say so and route you to us directly. We may decline to supply where entitlement, facilities or intended use cannot be established, and we will say why.
Quotations, pricing and taxes
No prices are published on this site. Quotations state pack configuration, quantity, lead time, and taxes and freight separately. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices for precious-metal-bearing products, such as silver salts, are quoted against the bullion rate on the day.
Intellectual property
The text, structure, design and reference material on this site are the property of Patel Chemhub Private Limited. Third-party product and brand names are the trade marks of their respective owners — see the trade mark notice.
Availability of the site
We do not warrant that this site will be available uninterrupted or error free. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction over the location of the registered office of Patel Chemhub Private Limited shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Note for the site owner: these terms describe the website as built and the commercial practice this site presents. They are a starting point, not a substitute for terms drafted for your business. Have them reviewed by a lawyer alongside your terms of sale — particularly the limitation of liability, warranty and jurisdiction positions, which have deliberately been left for that review rather than filled in with boilerplate. Nothing here is legal advice.
Privacy policy
Applies to this website · Review before publication
This policy explains what personal data Patel Chemhub Private Limited collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, which means it is shorter than most.
What we collect, and only when you send it
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers and no cookies for tracking. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than from a font CDN, specifically so that visiting a page does not disclose your IP address to another company.
This website collects nothing at all. There is no form that submits to us, no account to create and no database behind this site. Whatever you type into the enquiry page stays in your own browser until you choose to send it.
Enquiries go over WhatsApp, and what that means
Pressing an enquiry button opens WhatsApp on your own device with a message already written — the products you listed, anything you typed, and whichever of your details you chose to fill in. You can read it, change it, or not send it. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp yourself.
Two consequences worth stating plainly. First, when you do send it, we receive your WhatsApp phone number and profile name along with the message, because that is how WhatsApp works — you cannot message us anonymously. Second, WhatsApp is operated by Meta, not by us: the message travels through their service under their terms and privacy policy, and clicking the link tells them you visited this site. If you would rather not involve them, telephone or email us instead — both are on the contact page.
What is stored in your browser
Your enquiry list is kept in your browser’s local storage so it survives if you close the tab mid-way through building a requirement. It contains product names, pack sizes and quantities only. Contact details you type on the enquiry page are never written to storage — they exist only while that page is open, and reloading it clears them. Clearing your browser data, or using the “clear the list” control, removes the list.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry and to prepare a quotation. That is the purpose you provided it for, and we do not repurpose it. We do not add enquirers to a mailing list, we do not sell or share contact details with third parties, and we do not use enquiry data to profile you.
Where an enquiry becomes an order, the resulting commercial and tax records are governed by Indian company and GST law rather than by this policy.
How long we keep it
The WhatsApp thread is the record, and it sits on both your device and ours — you can delete your copy at any time, and so can we. We keep a thread while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour a quotation you come back to. Records associated with an actual transaction are retained for the statutory period required by tax and company law. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS and a strict content security policy. Because it accepts no submissions, there is no endpoint here that could leak an enquiry and no application log that could contain one. Your enquiry is as secure as your WhatsApp account and ours; it is not confidential in the way a sealed letter is, so please do not send anything through it that you would not put in a chat.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed, ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data, ask us to erase data where it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for, and withdraw consent you have previously given.
To exercise any of these, write to us. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not ask you to justify the request.

Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page rather than updating it silently.
Note for the site owner: this policy accurately describes what the website as built actually does. Before publishing, have it reviewed against your wider business practice — who has access to the company WhatsApp account, whether chats are backed up and where, whether you use a CRM — and add a named Data Protection Officer or grievance contact if the DPDP Act thresholds apply to you. Nothing here is legal advice.
Trade mark notice
Patel Chemhub Private Limited is a trading company. We supply products manufactured by other companies, and it is sometimes necessary to name those companies and their products so that you know what you are buying.
How brand names are used here
Where a manufacturer or brand is named on this site, it is named to identify goods we supply — nothing more. All such names, and any associated marks, are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or any relationship beyond the supply of goods, and it does not imply that we are an appointed or authorised representative of that brand unless we say so explicitly and can produce the appointment in writing.
Why you will not see manufacturers’ logos
Naming a brand you genuinely resell is generally permissible as nominative use. Reproducing that brand’s logo is a different matter — it requires permission from the mark owner, and a wall of borrowed logos on a dealer’s website is a common and avoidable exposure.
So this site sets brand names as plain text and does not reproduce third-party logos or marks. That is a deliberate design decision, not an oversight.
Claims of authorisation
We describe our relationship with a brand accurately. There is a real difference between holding a signed dealership appointment, operating under a written channel agreement, stocking and reselling without a formal appointment, and procuring against order through the trade. Only the first two entitle anyone to use the word “authorised”, and this site’s data model enforces that distinction rather than leaving it to copywriting.
Currently declared: none
No brand relationships are currently declared on this site. As dealership letters and channel agreements are executed, they will be recorded with the correct authorisation level and the supporting document held on file.If you own a mark named here
If you believe a mark of yours is used incorrectly on this site, write to us and we will correct it promptly. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
Accessibility
This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some of that is enforced automatically at build time rather than checked once and forgotten.
What is enforced by the build
Colour contrast is not a style choice here. Every text-on-background combination used in the interface is declared in the design system and its contrast ratio is calculated when the site is built. If any pair falls below 4.5:1 for body text, the build stops with a named error and the site does not ship.
That matters most for the future. When the brand palette is replaced with the client’s final logo colours, the same check runs again — so a theme change cannot quietly make the site unreadable.
How the interface is built
- A skip link is the first focusable element on every page, and the main landmark receives focus when it is used.
- Every interactive control is a real button or link, reachable and operable by keyboard. The navigation menus open on click and Enter, not only on hover, and Escape closes them and returns focus to the trigger.
- The enquiry drawer is a proper dialog: focus moves in on open, is trapped while it is open, and returns to the control that opened it on close.
- Focus is always visible. The focus indicator is a doubled outline designed to remain visible on both the light page and the navy bands.
- Form fields have real labels and hints, associated programmatically rather than by proximity, and nothing relies on placeholder text as a label. Where a control cannot act yet — the enquiry send button before you have said what you need — it says so in text tied to the control, not by colour alone.
- Hazard pictograms always carry their hazard-class name in text. Symbols alone fail for screen-reader users and at small sizes.
- Availability, grade and standard status are conveyed by text as well as by colour, so nothing depends on distinguishing green from amber.
- All motion respects
prefers-reduced-motion. The single entrance animation on the site affects decorative rules only — content is visible without it. - Text reflows to 320px width without horizontal scrolling, and the layout holds at 200% zoom.
Known limitations
Two areas we would rather name than hide:
- The standards index uses wide data tables. On a narrow screen these scroll horizontally within their container. That is a legitimate pattern, but it is not as comfortable as we would like, and we are looking at a stacked alternative.
- This site has not yet been tested by users of assistive technology in a structured session. Automated checks and manual keyboard testing catch a great deal, but they do not replace that.
If something does not work for you
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you were using — browser, screen reader, magnification. We will fix it, and in the meantime we will get you the information you were after by whatever route works.
