Worth knowing before you order
A process instrument, not a bench meter: it mounts in a panel cut-out or field enclosure, runs on a regulated 24 V DC supply rather than the mains, and is wired in — sensor cable in, 4–20 mA loop and alarm out. The 4–20 mA loop will drive a maximum load of 500 Ω, which sets how far the receiver can be and what can be put in series with it. The sensor is supplied on a 5 m cable and needs a tee, holder or flow cell in the line, positioned so it can be withdrawn and cleaned without stopping the plant. The cell constant is selectable and must match the water being monitored — a permeate line and a raw-water line do not take the same cell — and the sensor is a consumable that fouls in service. The catalogue prints no alarm contact rating, so confirm it before wiring a valve or pump to the alarm.Specification

Site preparation required
This instrument needs site work before delivery — typically a level grouted foundation, a dedicated power supply, and in some cases drainage or extraction. We issue the foundation drawing and utility schedule with the quotation so the civil work runs in parallel with the lead time.Support available
- Installation & commissioning
- Calibration
- Operator training
- Annual maintenance contract
- Spares & consumables
Calibration is arranged through NABL-accredited laboratories under the relevant scope. We state the scope and the certificate number on the quotation — see what accreditation actually covers.
