Worth knowing before you order

The specification table on the facing page did not survive scanning, so the measuring accuracy, the repeatability and the temperature control range and accuracy are all absent. That matters more here than anywhere else in this section: U-tube density moves with sample temperature, so a fifth decimal place on the display means nothing unless the Peltier holds the tube to a stated tolerance. Ask for the control accuracy and the density accuracy in writing before you compare the two models. On the CFR model, the CFR designation buys the software — audit trail, user accounts and permissions, electronic signature — and nothing more. 21 CFR Part 11 compliance is demonstrated by your own validated process and its qualification and change-control records; it is not a certificate that ships with a machine.
