Worth knowing before you budget: this instrument does not produce a strength figure on its own. It abrades the specimen, and the retained strength is then read on a tensile frame — the geotextile universal testing machine in this same category will do it. The source is a supplier display panel naming the instrument with no specification printed, so the stroke, the load and the cycle counter are all to be confirmed in writing against whichever of the two standards you work to.Specification
