Worth knowing before you order
Flow and purity are the two figures that decide whether a generator can feed a given detector, and this one prints only the flow: 2000 mL/min at 0.4 MPa, with purity described in words as high purity and nowhere as a number. For a flame ionisation detector it is the hydrocarbon and moisture content of the air that decides whether the baseline is usable, so get the purity specification in writing before ordering against a detector. The colour-changing silica and the molecular sieve are regenerable consumables and the regeneration - drying the silica at 120-140 °C until it turns blue - is the user's recurring job, not a service call.Specification
