Worth knowing before you order

The specification table did not survive scanning, so the measuring range, the accuracy and the Peltier control range and accuracy are absent — and for a five-decimal instrument the control accuracy is what decides whether the fifth decimal is real. Ask for all four in writing. The CFR designation buys the software features — audit trail, user accounts and permissions, password policy, electronic signature on reports — not a certificate; 21 CFR Part 11 compliance is demonstrated by your own validated process, and the GMP, GLP and FDA wording printed alongside is the manufacturer's claim.
