Worth knowing before you order
The ultrasonic generator is a separate box with its own power cable and a two-pin connector, so allow space for it beside the tank and check the cable reaches. Both sizes carry a heater larger than the ultrasonic stack - 2000 W on the 50 L and 4000 W on the 100 L, alongside 900 W and 1500 W of ultrasonics - and the catalogue prints a single-phase AC 220 V 50 Hz supply for both, so a dedicated circuit is needed rather than a shared bench socket, and the connected load should be confirmed with the supplier before the electrical work is specified. Both have a drain valve and need somewhere for 50 or 100 L of used solution to go. Sweep frequency is stated for these two and is what stops standing waves parking hot and dead spots in a tank this size. Lid and SS304 basket are supplied.Specification

Site preparation required
This instrument needs site work before delivery — typically a level grouted foundation, a dedicated power supply, and in some cases drainage or extraction. We issue the foundation drawing and utility schedule with the quotation so the civil work runs in parallel with the lead time.Support available
- Installation & commissioning
- Operator training
- Annual maintenance contract
- Spares & consumables
Calibration is arranged through NABL-accredited laboratories under the relevant scope. We state the scope and the certificate number on the quotation — see what accreditation actually covers.
