Worth knowing before you order
The glass windshield is the reason to take this pair rather than an open 1 mg balance: at this resolution draughts are the usual cause of a reading that will not settle. Against that, no data interface is listed for either model, so if results have to reach a printer, a PC or a LIMS, choose a model that states RS232C - it is not something to add afterwards. Calibration is external and no calibration weight is listed in the accessories. Readability is 1 mg but repeatability is 1 mg and linearity 3 mg, so treat the last digit as resolution rather than accuracy. One oddity is reproduced as printed: the catalogue gives the 330 g model the lower packed weight of the two, 4 kg against 5 kg.Specification
