Worth knowing before you order
This is the counter class of balance rather than the laboratory class: a red LED that reads across a shop counter, a battery that carries it through load shedding, and an optional second display for the customer side. That second display is the item to specify at the time of order. Do not read the last digit as accuracy - repeatability is 0.01 g and linearity 0.02 g against a 0.01 g readability, so one or two display steps between two weighings of the same item is normal. Calibration is external and no calibration weight is included. Where a balance is actually used to buy or sell goods by weight it has to be verified and stamped under legal metrology; that is a separate exercise from anything shipped with the instrument, and the catalogue prints no verification class for this model. The windshield supplied is an acrylic set rather than glass.Specification
